Hey there — we’re Ben and Lexie Lamb, along with our son, Wilder.

Hattaboy was born on the banks of the Tennessee River — the place where so many of our ideas, dreams, and adventures have taken shape. What started as a simple idea between two dreamers has become something much bigger: a brand built to celebrate the everyday wins that make life worth living.

The name Hattaboy comes from the old saying “Attaboy!” — something you say when someone does something worth recognizing. It’s a nod to encouragement, to celebrating hard work, good ideas, and those small victories that often go unnoticed. From a kid rounding first base for the very first time to someone closing a deal they’ve been working toward for months — we believe every win deserves a “Hattaboy!”

What began as a hat company has grown into a movement that celebrates living life to the fullest. Our hats are made for real life — for the people out there putting in the work, chasing dreams, getting their hands dirty, and choosing to enjoy the ride along the way.

When we’re not building the brand, you’ll usually find us on the river, riding horses, or spending time with family and friends. Our faith is at the heart of everything we do. We love serving in our local church, but we also believe our calling goes beyond the walls — to share hope, encouragement, and the good news with the world around us.

Hattaboy is more than a name to us — it’s a reminder to live with purpose, to cheer others on, and to celebrate the moments that matter most.
